Meet Ryan
My name is Ryan Dollard, and I've been around dogs my entire life. My journey into dog training began with my first rescue dog, Bandit, while I was attending the University of Oregon, where I graduated in 2022 with a degree in Sports Business.
As I worked toward my degree, I realized the career path I had planned wasn't where my passion truly belonged. My heart was in working with dogs and helping owners build stronger, healthier relationships with them.
For the past two years, I've worked with a nationally recognized dog training company in Orange County, helping more than 1,000 dogs and their families. Every dog I trained reinforced why I chose this profession. While I loved the work, I knew something was missing—I wanted to be closer to home, surrounded by my family, friends, and community.
That decision led me to start Pack Ready Dog Training.
Today, my mission is simple: to help owners better understand their dogs through trust, leadership, and clear communication. Whether you're raising a puppy or working through behavioral challenges, my goal is to give you the knowledge and confidence to build a lasting relationship with your dog.

Bandit
Bandit is a Border Collie and Blue Heeler mix who was abused and abandoned as a puppy. The trauma left him fearful and reactive, but helping him heal changed the course of my life. He taught me that patience, trust, and consistent leadership can transform even the most challenging situations. Bandit is the reason my journey into professional dog training began.
Kyra
Kyra is a Belgian Malinois and Cattle Dog mix whom I rescued after she survived devastating fires and battled parvovirus. She has taught me the value of patience, balance, and commitment when working with high-energy, high-drive breeds. Every day, she reminds me that with the right guidance, dogs are capable of incredible growth.
